Orders & Personalisation

Can I change the personalisation after ordering?

If we haven’t made it yet, we’ll do our best to catch it. Message us straight away! Once it’s printed or engraved, it’s locked in (we work fast, especially when the coffee kicks in).

Can you use my own photo?

Absolutely! Just upload your photo with your order or send it straight after purchase. We’ll make sure it fits beautifully on your item.

Will I see a proof before it’s made?

Usually not, because that would slow everything down. But if something doesn’t look quite right, we’ll get in touch before firing up the press.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take in the UK?

Most UK orders are made and dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is usually 2–4 working days with Royal Mail (or faster if you’ve chosen Tracked 24).

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes! You can select Tracked 24 or Express options at checkout. If you need something urgently, message us and we’ll see what magic we can pull off.

What if my parcel hasn’t arrived yet?

Royal Mail’s generally brilliant, but even they get busy (especially in December). If it’s been over 7 working days since dispatch, get in touch and we’ll help track it down or sort a fix.

Returns & Replacements

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no! That’s not the kind of surprise we like. Send us a quick photo of the damage and we’ll replace it pronto... no need to post it back.

Can I return personalised items?

Since everything’s made especially for you, personalised items can’t be returned unless something’s gone wrong on our end. (We’re good, but not psychic.)

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check before ordering. Once it’s shipped, we can’t change it. If you spot a typo right after ordering, message us immediately and we’ll see if we can intercept it.

Product Care

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Absolutely! All mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Just don’t drop them, the floor always wins.

How do I clean my coasters or ornaments?

Give them a gentle wipe with a soft cloth. No soaking, scrubbing, or bubble baths, please.
